1. Step 1: Place Order

◦ Select the correct size.

◦ Enter the accurate shipping address.

2. Step 2: Product Quality Control (QC)

◦ Staff will conduct QC within approximately 3 business days.

◦ ✅ If Passed: Click "ok". The order will be shipped the next day.

◦ ❌ If Failed: Click "failed" and contact customer service to reschedule QC.

◦ Note: The QC link will be sent to your order email. If not confirmed within a week, we will assume the order can be shipped.

3. Step 3: Obtain Tracking Number

◦ After QC confirmation, the order will be shipped.

◦ The tracking number will be provided within 3 business days after shipment.

◦ Order status changes from: Waiting for Shipment → Shipped.

4. Step 4: Delivery Time

◦ 9-12 business days (calculated from the tracking number update date, not order placement date).

5. Step 5: Logistics Updates

◦ Local logistics company will update info after receiving the package.

◦ Usually within 10 days (please be patient).

◦ Tracking label appears = Package shipped.
